Terms of Service
By using ChatGlade you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English on purpose. If anything is unclear, email support@chatglade.com before signing up.
What ChatGlade is
ChatGlade is a software service that runs chat bots on real Kick accounts and posts messages in your stream's chat in response to your microphone audio. You sign up, pay for a tier, install our desktop app, and the service routes audio and chat between your machine and our servers.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure and for everything that happens under your account. If your account is used by someone else, that's on you. Tell us at support@chatglade.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
How you may use the service
You agree NOT to use ChatGlade to:
- Spam, harass, dox, defame, threaten, or impersonate any third party in chat.
- Promote or sell illegal goods or services through the bots.
- Attempt to fake viewer counts ("viewbotting") — ChatGlade is a chat-only product, not a viewbot.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or resell the service.
- Use the service in violation of any law that applies to you, or to defraud anyone.
You're responsible for ensuring your use of ChatGlade complies with the rules of any third-party platform you stream on (including Kick). ChatGlade provides the software; how you use it on your own channel is your decision and your responsibility.
Payment and refunds
Subscriptions are billed in advance. The trial is a one-off charge of $15 for 5 bots × 10 streaming-hours valid for 30 days, with no auto-renewal. Paid tiers are monthly subscriptions and you can cancel anytime — your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Because the service grants immediate access to digital content with measured usage (streaming hours), the standard EU 14-day withdrawal right is waived once you start using the service. Refunds are otherwise considered case-by-case for bona fide service failures — email us within 7 days of the issue.
Crypto payments are final once confirmed on-chain. If you sent the wrong amount or to a wrong address, contact us; we'll do what we can but on-chain irreversibility is real.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, third-party outages (cloud provider, transcription provider, payment provider), and Kick-side changes can interrupt service. Hours unused due to extended ChatGlade-side outages will be credited on request.
Account suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, that we have reason to believe are involved in fraud, or that put the service at risk. Where possible we'll warn first; serious cases (chargeback fraud, abuse) may be terminated immediately without refund.
Intellectual property
ChatGlade — the software, branding, and content on this site — is our property. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for as long as your subscription is active. The chat messages your bots produce are yours to do with as you like.
Disclaimer of warranties
ChatGlade is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't warrant that the service will be error-free, fit any particular purpose, or compatible with future changes Kick or any other platform may make. Where law permits, we exclude all implied warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatGlade's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost viewers, or platform-side actions taken against your channel.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes that can't be resolved by direct contact go to the courts of Estonia, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring suit in your home jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be emailed to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms; if you don't, cancel before the effective date.
