Privacy Policy
This policy explains what ChatGlade collects, why, and what you can do about it. We try to keep it short and human. If something is unclear, email support@chatglade.com.
Who runs ChatGlade
ChatGlade is operated as a sole proprietorship registered in Estonia. Contact: support@chatglade.com. For privacy-specific questions, the same address routes to the data controller.
What we collect, and why

Third parties we share data with
To run the service we send specific data to specific providers, listed below. Each operates under their own privacy policy and is contractually a data processor for us.
- NOWPayments (Tallinn, Estonia) — crypto payments. Receives your payment amount + email at checkout.
- Groq (USA) — speech-to-text transcription. Receives short audio clips while you stream; clips are processed and discarded.
- OpenAI (USA) — text generation. Receives the transcribed text + a short prompt to generate bot replies.
- Hetzner Cloud (Germany / Finland) — server hosting. Stores everything else (your email, channel, subscription).
- Resend (USA) — transactional email delivery for sign-in links and service notifications.
We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising. We do not share with anyone outside the list above except when legally compelled.
Where your data lives
The primary database runs on a server located in the EU (Hetzner, Germany or Finland). Some processors (Groq, OpenAI, Resend) operate from the United States; data sent to them transits internationally under standard contractual safeguards.
Your rights (GDPR)
If you're in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:
- Access a copy of the data we hold on you.
- Correct data that's wrong.
- Delete your account and all associated data ("right to be forgotten").
- Export your data in a machine-readable format.
- Object to specific processing.
- Complain to a supervisory authority. In Estonia that's the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon.
To exercise any of these, email support@chatglade.com from the address on your account. We respond within 30 days.
Legal basis for processing
We process your data on two legal bases:
- Contract performance — we need email, channel, and subscription data to actually run the service you paid for.
- Legitimate interest — we keep brief server logs for security and debugging.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in to the dashboard. No tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.
Children
ChatGlade is not directed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. Streaming on Kick is itself age-gated.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll email account holders and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the new policy.
