This policy explains what ChatGlade collects, why, and what you can do about it. We try to keep it short and human. If something is unclear, email support@chatglade.com.

Who runs ChatGlade

ChatGlade is operated as a sole proprietorship. Contact: support@chatglade.com. For privacy-specific questions, the same address routes to the data controller.

What we collect, and why

Categories of recipients

To run the service we use a small number of vetted infrastructure providers. Each one processes data on our behalf as a contractual data processor under their own privacy policy. The categories are:

The specific company names and locations of these processors are available on request — email support@chatglade.com from your account address and we'll send the current list. We do not sell your data, run advertising, or share with anyone outside these categories except when legally compelled.

Where your data lives

The primary database runs on a server in the EU. Some processors operate from the United States; data sent to them transits internationally under standard contractual safeguards.

Legal basis for processing

We process your data on two legal bases:

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in to the dashboard. No tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.

Children

ChatGlade is not directed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. Streaming on Kick is itself age-gated.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll email account holders and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the new policy.
