Privacy Policy
This policy explains what ChatGlade collects, why, and what you can do about it. We try to keep it short and human. If something is unclear, email support@chatglade.com.
Who runs ChatGlade
ChatGlade is operated as a sole proprietorship. Contact: support@chatglade.com. For privacy-specific questions, the same address routes to the data controller.
What we collect, and why

Categories of recipients
To run the service we use a small number of vetted infrastructure providers. Each one processes data on our behalf as a contractual data processor under their own privacy policy. The categories are:
- Payment processor — receives your payment amount + email at checkout. Returns a transaction reference.
- Speech-to-text provider — receives short audio clips while you stream. Clips are processed and discarded; nothing is stored long-term.
- AI text-generation provider — receives the transcribed text plus a short prompt to generate bot replies.
- Cloud-hosting provider — operates the server that stores your account data (email, channel, subscription metadata).
- Transactional email provider — receives your email address to deliver sign-in links and service notifications.
The specific company names and locations of these processors are available on request — email support@chatglade.com from your account address and we'll send the current list. We do not sell your data, run advertising, or share with anyone outside these categories except when legally compelled.
Where your data lives
The primary database runs on a server in the EU. Some processors operate from the United States; data sent to them transits internationally under standard contractual safeguards.
Your rights (GDPR)
If you're in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:
- Access a copy of the data we hold on you.
- Correct data that's wrong.
- Delete your account and all associated data ("right to be forgotten").
- Export your data in a machine-readable format.
- Object to specific processing.
- Complain to the data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
To exercise any of these, email support@chatglade.com from the address on your account. We respond within 30 days.
Legal basis for processing
We process your data on two legal bases:
- Contract performance — we need email, channel, and subscription data to actually run the service you paid for.
- Legitimate interest — we keep brief server logs for security and debugging.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in to the dashboard. No tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.
Children
ChatGlade is not directed at people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. Streaming on Kick is itself age-gated.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll email account holders and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the new policy.
